Any order is considered valid under condition of availability. Once confirmed by the secured payment, your order is refundable up to 50% until September 30th 2016. After that date, it is considered firm and definitive and not refundable.
Your ticket is nominative. It will not be returned, exchanged or resold, except of a cancellation or postponement of the event, in which case the ticket will be entirely refunded. Any venue’s interruption or modification beyond the LAB organizers’ control will not include any refund.
